1. Production process of extruded aluminum rod:
1. Casting process
The ultimate goal of the melting and casting process is to produce aluminum rods that meet the requirements, and the following processes are required to produce these aluminum rods:
Smelting - casting - sawing bar - aluminum bar homogenization - cooling, washing bar - aluminum bar into the warehouse
2. Extrusion process
Preparation before pressing - extrusion - stretching and straightening - sawing finished product - framing and trimming
3. Aging process
6061-T6 condition: Cooled after solution heat treatment to achieve high strength. No cold working.
6062-T6511 condition: Cooled after solution heat treatment to achieve high strength, and then corrected and straightened.
6061-T651 state: After solution heat treatment, it is cooled to achieve high strength. Then it is cold stretched by a stretching machine to eliminate the residual internal stress after heat treatment, so that it will not deform after further processing, so as to ensure the precision of machined products.
